Lots of Vegetables – At least seven serves a day (some raw)
Adequate protein. Preferably from fish, poultry and eggs. Avoid processed meats. Eat protein at each meal to stabilise your blood sugar levels and reduce hunger and cravings.
Plenty of good fats – Omega-3 and Omega-6
Lots of Nuts and seeds
Plenty of healthy fluids – purified water, herbal tea & green tea.
